Returns

  • We do not accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped.

  • Please ensure that you review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The order was not delivered within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window.

  • The customer received an incorrect product compared to the order confirmation.

  • The order was canceled before processing and shipment.

Refund requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong address).

Refund Process

Cancellations
